1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to neonyxgroup.com, Neonyx Group web applications, and the Neonyx Group AI Assistant for Discord (collectively, the "Service"). Neonyx Group is responsible for the information described here. Discord and other connected services maintain their own privacy practices.
2. Information We Collect
Information from Discord
Depending on how an authorized server administrator configures the Discord App and which feature you use, we may process:
- Discord user ID, username, display name, avatar reference, and role or permission information;
- server, channel, thread, interaction, and message identifiers;
- commands, prompts, replies, reactions, and messages directed to or made available to the App;
- attachments, links, images, documents, or voice messages you intentionally provide to a supported feature; and
- timestamps, command status, approval decisions, errors, and other operational records.
The App does not ask for or collect your Discord password or user token. It does not use Discord data for targeted advertising or to build advertising profiles.
Information You Provide Directly
We may collect contact details, account information, project inquiries, support messages, files, and other information you choose to submit through our website or applications.
Technical and Usage Information
Our systems may record IP address, browser or device type, requested page, referring page, date and time, session or cookie identifiers, authentication status, response codes, and security events. We use this information to deliver and protect the Service, diagnose errors, and understand aggregate usage.
3. How We Obtain Information
We receive information from you, from Discord when you invoke or interact with the App, from an authorized server configuration, from Google or Supabase when you use supported sign-in flows, and automatically from our hosting, security, and application systems.
4. How We Use Information
We use information only as reasonably necessary to:
- respond to commands, prompts, messages, and support requests;
- route requests to the correct agent, model, workspace, channel, or session;
- maintain conversation continuity and user-requested task state;
- enforce server roles, permissions, approvals, and access controls;
- deliver files, media, notifications, and integrations you request;
- detect abuse, secure the Service, investigate incidents, and debug failures;
- operate, maintain, and improve the Service using aggregate or de-identified information; and
- comply with law, Discord requirements, and valid legal process.
5. AI Processing
When you use an AI feature, the content needed to fulfill your request may be processed by Neonyx Group-operated model infrastructure or by a model or integration specifically configured for that feature. The generated response and relevant session context may be stored so the conversation or task can continue.
Neonyx Group does not use message content obtained through Discord to train machine-learning or AI models.
Do not submit passwords, private keys, financial account data, protected health information, or other highly sensitive information to the App.
7. Retention and Deletion
We retain information only while it is needed to provide the requested Service, maintain an active user or administrator-requested session, secure and troubleshoot the system, or meet legal obligations. We delete or de-identify Discord interaction content when it is no longer needed for an active workflow. Temporary attachment copies and generated working files are removed when they are no longer needed for the associated task. Security records may be retained longer when necessary to investigate abuse or an incident.
A user or authorized server administrator may request deletion of stored Discord session data by contacting us. We may retain limited records of the request, fraud prevention information, or information required by law.
8. Cookies and Authentication
Our website and private tools may use essential cookies or browser storage to maintain authentication, security, preferences, and session state. Google and Supabase may process sign-in information when those login options are used. We do not use those essential authentication technologies for cross-site advertising.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including access controls, authentication, encrypted transport, secret redaction, and operational monitoring. No system can guarantee absolute security. Please report suspected unauthorized access to the contact address below.
10. Your Choices and Rights
You may:
- stop interacting with the Discord App;
- ask a server administrator to remove the App or restrict its channel access;
- remove the App through Discord controls if you have the required permission;
- request access to, correction of, or deletion of information associated with you; and
- object to or restrict certain processing where applicable law provides that right.
To protect users, we may ask for reasonable verification before acting on a request. We will respond according to applicable law.
11. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13 or under the minimum age of digital consent where they live. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children who cannot lawfully use the Service. Contact us if you believe such information has been provided.
12. International Processing
Information may be processed where Neonyx Group or its service providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate protections for transfers across jurisdictions.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy as our Service or legal obligations change. We will revise the date above and provide additional notice when a material change reasonably requires it.
14. Contact and Privacy Requests
Send privacy questions, data requests, or security reports to contact@neonyxgroup.com. You may also use our contact page. Include the relevant Discord user ID and server ID when requesting Discord data so we can locate the correct records without asking for your password.
